Gaile Soma offers somatic support sessions, mentorship programmes, and digital meditation products. These services are intended for personal wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek professional help.

Digital products

All digital products (guided meditations) are for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the files with others. Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final unless there is a technical issue with delivery.

Sessions and mentorship

Booking and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full. Gaile Soma reserves the right to end a working relationship if it is not a good fit for either party.
